summary. In 2018, 8 youngster from Brussels decided to apply for the European Solidarity Corps with their Placemaking Project. Their aim: improving the neighborhood around the Porte d'Anderlecht. During one year they followed different workshops and conducted surveys, communicated with locals, policy makers and organizations. Together with all the stakeholders and likeminded organizations the Young Urban Foxes planned, coordinated and organized this Placemaking Happening. It was the cherry on their cake.
